With only a 37 foot depth to work with this contemporary new construction allowed us to truly put on our design thinking caps. So many times a client wants what they want regardless of the constraints. In this case they got exactly that; as streamline contemporary residence that occupies the property in a very dominant way. Since we were not able to get the depth we wanted, we had to literally stretch the home across the property in a featured way so that ones eye did not loose interest when looking at it. Upper balconies allow for the connectivity of indoor and outdoor living space. Thick and deep overhangs are accompanied with to story living spaces to give the residence a lofty yet anchored look to be desired.
