The Oasis

It is amazing when the builder can also be the client, it is truly a rare moment. This new construction project was a true pleasure for us as a design firm. We were allowed to completely demolish the existing residence and go with a new transitional design. The intention of this project was to engage the full use of the property, merge the interior and exterior functions of the space, and enhance the natural elements of the property without taking away from the existing topography. The front entry was designed to immediately engulf you with a 150’+ line of site to the outdoor elements and a two story living room designed to take your breath away.
